Great value, deluxe hotel. Rooms in Red Rock Thermal were very clean. There is Kfc serving quick meals 20 mins walk from the venue. We really enjoyed a heating system, a private safe and a dining area...
The bed was too hard here.

Do recommend while traveling to Rotorua. The personnel was helpful, and the hotel had a special feeling. It was nice to have an own balcony in the room. Such a superior property - short way from everything. Truly enjoyed to hang out in the center, its relatively near the hotel. Clean pool to relax in too.

I liked the location. Cozy room overall. Even the Rotorua Regional airport was not so far. Chilled-out base for your vacations in Rotorua.

Opposite kuirau park, only 5 minutes walk to rotorua hospital. Free parking on site was provided. It is adjacent to the airport.
